The Company has installed 36 Variable Message Signs (VMS) on the local road network to inform travelers, before entering the highway, of any traffic anomalies. The same information is displayed on the electronic panels located at the entry lanes of the toll booths. To provide travelers with useful information to assess whether to continue their journey, Variable Message Signs (VMS) are installed along the highway, before each interchange or junction (approximately every 9 km), for a total of 45 VMS.
The toll-free number (800-012812) is available 24/7 and is directly connected to the Traffic Operations Center, along with another toll-free number (800-996099) through the “InfoViaggiando” Service, to provide information on traffic conditions and weather updates.
“InfoViaggiando” provides travelers with all the useful information about traffic and road conditions on the networks managed by the three Concessionaires in the Northeast: Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padova, Cav-Concessioni Autostradali Venete, and Autostrade Alto Adriatico, covering a total of approximately 500 kilometers of motorway network.
Traffic information is broadcasted via Teletext, local and national radio stations.
In case of significant construction works, the company sends specific and detailed communications to relevant media to inform travelers about possible disruptions.
"Qui Centro Operativo" provides updates on the traffic conditions of the A4 Brescia - Padova and A31 Valdastico motorways, offering information on construction sites and works for better travel planning through the Telegram channel and Newsletter.
