HOW MUCH IT COSTS
The annual subscription charge of the Viacard account is Euro 15,49 and entitles you to one card. Additional cards may be obtained for the same account by paying Euro 3,10.
WHERE TO USE IT
The c/ac Viacard card may be used on the whole Italian motorway network, in the self-service Viacard toll lanes and in the manual lanes with toll officer.
HOW TO USE IT
It is very simple to use. In the self-service exit toll lanes, after inserting the ticket taken at the motorway entrance, you insert the card in the aposite machine. In the manual toll exit lanes, you hand your card to the toll officer along with the ticket taken at the entrance toll station. If your Viacard does not function properly when you are at the self-service barrier, press the help button,and do not get out of your vehicle.

CHARGING OF PAYMENT, INVOICE, LIST OF TRIPS
Toll fees are charged directly to your bank account or credit card once a month. An invoice statement is sent monthly and includes a detailed list of trips stating the entrance and exit toll stations and the relative dates and times of exit. One may request a copy of the
invoice
and of the list of trips
