Autostrada Brescia-Padova S.p.A. is an operative holding of a group of companies which are controlled, associated and invested in. Here follows a list of controlled and associated companies on 31 December 2006.

Real Estate Serenissima R.E.S. S.p.A.

The Company has developed several important real estate activities. The following are among its controlled companies:

• Serenissima S.G.R. S.p.A., company founded for the management of savings through real estate funds;
• R.E.S. Abano Terme S.r.l., company founded for the development of a real estate project in Abano Terme (PD);
• Autoparco Brescia Est S.r.l., company founded for the construction of an equipped lay-by area for lorries with trailers.
• R.E.S. Bergamo Limited liability company, society constituted with the purchase purpose, sale, exchange, construction, restructure, management and administration of immovable assets.
• Res Real Estate Management Ltd., a company formed for the business of property / facility management in real estate.
• GIC Italian Group Construction Ltd., a company founded with the purpose of purchase, sale, exchange, construction, renovation, management and administration of real property.
• Old Mill Ltd, a company formed for the purpose of purchase, sale, exchange, construction, renovation, management and administration of real property.
• Il Ponte SpA, a company formed for the purpose of purchase, sale, exchange, construction, renovation, management and administration of real property.
• RES Sviluppo Immobiliare Srl, a company formed for the construction activity in general, works management and administration of building.

Serenissima Brescia Padova Holding S.p.a.

The Company coordinates and manages several stakeholders in the Group. the following companies are among those controlled:

• Serenissima Trading S.p.A., company which operates in the sector of the development of service stations and lay-bys, as well as customer service;

Serenissima Costruzioni S.p.A.

The Company operates in the civil and road construction sector and construction of noise barriers, road protection, and in the creation and maintenance of the green.

• 2 Padova Scarl, company formed for the purpose of providing services to the consortium in the field of Public Works traffic hub of Padua.

Società delle Tangenziali Lombardo Venete S.r.l.

The Company aims to construct in project financing a link between existing orbital roads between Brescia, Verona, Vicenza and Padova, as well as the connecting motorway road of Valtrompia.Its controlled is:

• Society of Tangential the Lombardic Limiteies liability company society with the scope to propose in regimen of plan finance the realization of the connections of the tangential ones to toll of the Lombardy;
• Tangential societies of the Venete Limited liability company society with the scope to propose in regimen of plan finance the realization of the connections of the tangential ones to toll of the Veneto.

Globalcar Service S.p.A.

The society is finalized to the management of the park motor vehicles of the Society and the Group.

The company's main activity consists in acquiring profit-shares and stakes in other companies or Bodies, as well as granting finance and undertaking financial coordination of the companies in which it holds stakes.

Vi.Abilità S.p.A.

Manages provincial main roads and ex trunk roads which are under the competence of the Province of Vicenza.

G.R.A. di Padova S.p.A.

The Company was founded by Autostrade di Venezia e Padova (45%), Autostrada Brescia-Padova (40%) and Veneto Strade (15%) for the project financing of the "Padova Orbital System".

Pedemontana Veneta S.p.A.

The company has filed a project financing application for the construction of a toll highway, called Pedemontana Veneta, to connect the A4, the A31 and the A27.

Association of Visible Trade Centres for Goods and Services CIS di Vicenza

The association aims to create an Intermodal Centre in the Province of Vicenza.

S.p.A. Servizi Utenza Stradale

SUS runs the "Viaggiando" Information Centre of Cessalto (TV) and carries out advertising activities, where the law permits them, on motorway infrastructures.

Freeway Extensive Consortile Society S.p.A.

The society resolves to do to obtain the confidence of the concession for the realization and the management of the Regional Freeway Cispadana.
