The organization

The Brescia Verona Vicenza Padova Motorway is a joint-stock company with its head office in Verona and is composed of share quotas divided between public and private bodies.

The Company operates by ANAS concession "for the construction and management of the 146 km Brescia-Padova stretch and the A31 Trento-Valdastico-Vicenza-Riviera Berica-Rovigo motorway built and operational for the stretch from Vicenza to Piovene Rocchette for 36km, as well as the connecting orbital roads of Lonato(BS), of Verona, of Vicenza, of Padova and other minor connections".

The administration of the Company is entrusted to a Board of Directors which elects a Chairman, a vice-chairmen and a Managing Director.

The operational structure of the Company is centred around General Management on which six staff departments are dependant.
