Helpy - Courtesy Service

The Helpy service, also named "courtesy service", operates daily from 6am to 10pm to provide assistance to motorway customers by patrolling the stretch and its toll stations and service stations.

The vehicles used by Helpy staff are supplied with modern equipment for the comfort of customers in trouble and the staff, who speak foreign languages, are able to give first aid and psychological support to those involved in an accident, as well as and offering more general means of comfort.

As well as providing their normal service, Helpy operators carry out another important activity which regards road safety education in the schools in the provinces of BS, VR, VI, PD, which take part in the campaign.
