PRE-PAID CARDS

Invoicing will be immediate if the card was purchased in a Service Centre or in a Punto Blu of the motorway network.

If the card is purchased from toll lanes with officer, Autogrill service stations, Post Offices, ACI offices, banks, tobacconists, other commercial outlets and automatic vending machines, there are two options:

go to a Service Centre of the Brescia-Verona-Vicenza-Padova Company with the envelope (in which the pre-paid Viacard was contained) bearing the dealer's stamp and correctly filled in and the invoice will be issued;

send the above-mentioned envelope to

CURRENT ACCOUNT VIACARD AND Telepass

A three-monthly invoice will be sent directly to the customer's address (if the established upper limit for three-monthly expense of Euro 258.23 in toll fees has been respected) without the detailed chronological list of trips made.

If the customer needs a copy of the invoice and/or of the list of trips, they may be requested by stating personal data, account number and period to which the invoice refers:

  • at a Service Centre of the Brescia-Verona-Vicenza-Padova Company;
  • at a Punto Blu;
  • by fax, to: 055/4202373 or 055/4202734 of the Commercial Department of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.

Telepass Family

A three-monthly invoice will be sent directly to the customer's address (if the established upper limit for three-monthly expense of Euro 258.23 in toll fees has been respected) without the chronological list of trips. This list is available for a fee if specifically requested and costs Euro 1.00 + VAT if requested in advance and Euro 2.00, if requested for the previous three-monthly period.

If the customer has exceeded the upper payment limit, the invoice will be issued (and the toll fees will be charged ) monthly thereafter.

If the customer needs a copy of the invoice, it may be requested by stating personal data, account number and the period to which the invoice refers:

  • at a Service Centre of the Brescia-Verona-Vicenza-Padova Company or at a Punto Blu;
  • by fax, to: 06/43634050 or 055/4202373 or 055/4202734;
  • by visiting the site www.telepass.it.

FAST PAY, CREDIT CARDS AND CASH

To obtain invoices for transactions by Fast Pay (Bancomat), credit cards, automatic toll machines or in cash, the customer must always request a receipt, after payment, by pressing the receipt button in the self-service toll lanes or asking the toll officer for one if paying by cash. All receipts obtained in this way should be sent to the motorway company which issued them, together with a claim form billing toll charges stating the following data: complete personal data of the applicant (both natural and juridical person); tax number or VAT number; list of trips made; dates of transit; vehicle type and number-plate; sums paid; applicant's signature in acceptance of responsibility.

The invoice will be sent to the customer's address by the motorway company.

Likewise it is possible to require billing for special handling tolls welding non-payment, paid by postal current accounts.

For that which falls under the competence of the Brescia-Verona-Vicenza-Padova Company, the forms and the slips for requesting invoices may be found at our toll stations and at our Service Centres.
