The Operative Centre is a permanent service which collects all the information regarding road and traffic conditions gathered by the external personnel or by the 72 video cameras located along the motorway.

Another important channel of information arrives at the Operative Centre through the weather detectors and coils which effectively monitor traffic and atmospheric conditions.

The service is operative 24 hours a day, 365 days a week and monitors the conditions of the motorway, provides users with travel information and coordinates the company resources which supply the users with traffic and first aid assistance in the case of accident.

In case of emergencies, the Operative Centre alerts the competent external units in relation to the type of operation required.
