CHANGE OF BANKS
- Change of banks (CAB; ABI; C/C) may be carried out at one of our
Service Centres
by collecting a form to be presented to the new bank in order to activate the direct debit automatically
This request may be fulfilled only for contracts drawn-up directly with the Motorway Company.
For contracts drawn-up directly at the
banks
which have an arrangement with Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A., according to this arrangement, the request cannot be fulfilled.
DUPLICATE OF DETERIORATED CARD
- If a current account Viacard is damaged the customer must send it in a sealed envelope to
Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. CP 2310 Ferrovia - 50100 Firenze,
or deliver it directly to any Service Centre
of the Società Autostrada S.p.A. Bs Vr Vi Pd or at any Punti Blu of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.
The duplicate will be sent by registered post to the owner of the Viacard contract.
RE-MAGNETIZING OF MALFUNCTIONING CARD;
- If a current account Viacard becomes de-magnetized the customer should go to a
Service Centres
with the card and request re-magnetizing which will be carried out immediately.
VIACARD CARDS AND Telepass
- If a current account Viacard is damaged, the customer must send it in a sealed envelope to: Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. CP 2310 Ferrovia - 50100 Firenze, or deliver it in person to a Punto Blu or Service Centre in order to be given a duplicate. The card will be given back as soon as it has been repaired or replaced.
- If a Telepass does not function properly, one can go to any Service Centre of the Brescia-Verona-Vicenza-Padova Motorway Company or to any Punto Blu of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.; the apparatus will be replaced immediately.
