FAILURE TO PAY
Against a record of outstanding payment issued on toll lane due to:
- transit on an automatic lane without card;
- transit on an automatic lane with an unusable card;
- transit with a pre-paid card with insufficient credit ;
- transit without any money on board;
- transit without entrance ticket
(as stated in art. 176 comma 16 of the New Highway Code, one may pay the toll from the declared station if justification has been proved, therefore avoiding payment of the toll from the furthest toll station).
By going to a Service Centre the customer can state their case
If a payment reminder has been received, the customer have must pay the sum indicated therein or for further information contact our Legal Credit Management Service
Reimbursement of toll fees
The operation consists in the reimbursement or the non charging to viacard current account of a sum payed in eccess in relation to the actual use of the motorway.
Any disputed encashment of erroneous toll fees is taken into consideration after original receipts have been shown and justification has been proved.
PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD
It is possible to make payments for
- purchase pre-paid cards;
- payment of viacard deposits;
- definitions of outstanding payment.
INVOICING DISPUTED TOLL FEES
The customer may request an invoice for the toll fees paid in cash only at the toll stations of the Bs/Vr/Vi/Pd Motorway, on presentation of a fully filled in request form with the original receipts attached.
The documentation should be sent in a sealed envelope to the head office of the
company or delivered in person to a Service Centre
and the address must include the heading: Area Esercizio Autostradale - Settore Commerciale e Esazione.
