Commercial assistance
The increase of automatic toll systems, the diffusion of electronic forms of payment as well as the many needs of motorway customers, require an adequate commercial assistance network.
SERVICE CENTRES
They are places of privileged contact with the Motorway Company where specific requirements of the customers may be dealt with.
The Company currently runs 5 Service Centres located at the toll stations of Desenzano, Verona Sud, Vicenza Ovest, Padova Ovest and Thiene.
These centres provide the customer with commercial, travel and tourist information.

In particular, the following activities are carried out in the Service Centres:
VIACARD CURRENT ACCOUNT CARDS
Telepass (with
Viacard
or
Family)
- Delivery of Telepass apparatus for Viacard and Family accounts with Debit Card/Credit Card;
- testing the TLP apparatus and changing it if faulty and/or malfunctioning;
- assistance and, where applicable, handling of paperwork for:
- loss or theft;
- coupled with Telepass apparatus number-plate;
- change of address;
- change of bank;
- issue invoice copy and/or journey list
for customers with Telepass coupled with Viacard card;
- request (issued to those entitled) list of journeys
for customers with Family contracts;
- drawing up of a Daily Pass contract for Family customers.
PRE-PAID VIACARD CARDS (IN DENOMINATIONS OF & euro; 25 and € 50)
- Sale with immediate invoicing;
- postponed invoicing of cards purchased at toll stations or other sales outlets;
- if the card becomes de-magnetized, it will be re-magnetized promptly for the remaining credit, except in certain cases when the card will be witheld to verify remaining credit and subsequently sent back to the customer's address at the expense of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.
AT SERVICE CENTRES YOU MAY ALSO:
- regulate failed payments on the manual toll lanes (with toll officer) and on the automatic toll lanes of toll stations on our stretch;
- in the event of an erroneous encashment by one of our employees and on presentation of proven justification, request the relative reimbursement of the toll fee;
- making various types of payment by Debit Card/Credit Card;
- request invoices for disputed toll fees related to our Company by filling in the forms provided.
